College Student for Certificate of Eligibility

◎Student at institution substituting university, technical college and university
①Application form for issuing authority of resident eligibility [style 1 and 2P ("studying") and style 3 ("studying")]:	→	１copy
②Photograph (40 millimeters in length and 30 millimeters in width):	→	１
③Proof data (Document specified in No.　3 of attached chart of Enforcement Rule of Immigration Law):	→	1 copy respectively
(1) Admission certificate (document specifying department, section, course, etc) (2) In case of student engaged in research or auditor, certificate listing particulars of research and certificate such as copy of report of registration listing subject for auditing and number of hours. (3) Document certifying payment ability of all the expense during residence in Japan (Refer to (3) of cultural activity above) If a person other than applicant pays the expense, document certifying payment ability of the person and document clarifying how the person decided to make a payment for the applicant. Among students who are going to enter university and educational institution where there were a number of illegal students who stayed over the period, or some students were charged with suspicion of unqualified activity or crime other than unqualified activity, applicants from school in a country or region where there were a number of illegal students who stayed over the period are sometimes required to submit the following documents. ○ Copy of family register listing academic history and occupation ○ Documents certifying Japanese proficiency, which is over 2nd class of Japanese Language Proficiency Test or over 200 points of Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students ( Japanese (total of reading, listening and reading by listening)) conducted by Japan Educational Exchange and Services ○ Document clarifying certificate of deposit balance and copy of deposit passbook, which clarify record of depositing and withdrawing money ○ Document related to income for the past 3 years, which produces money for school and living required for studying in Japan (on yearly basis) ○ Certificate of enrollment (or copy of register of corporation) of a person who pays the expense, document clarifying income and document certifying relationship with applicant ○ Other document used for reference
