アメリカビザの基本情報を発信していきます。

アメリカにビザなし渡航する際には、

ESTAの事前申請が必要で、渡航許可とならなければ、飛行機にも搭乗することができません。

ESTA申請をして入力ミスをして、慌ててどうすべきか、

ネット検索をされるでしょう。

ESTAのページでは、CBPに修正依頼してください、とご案内されていますが、

実際訂正修正の依頼をかけても、残念ながら

下記のような定型文メールが返ってくるだけです。

‘‘Thank you for contacting the U.S. Customs and Border Protection,

Traveler Communications Center.

Due to your affirmative answer to the question regarding terrorism related activity,

your ESTA has been denied. This does not bar you indefinitely from entering the United States.

However, you must contact a U.S. Embassy or Consulate in order to apply for a visa.

You will have the opportunity to clarify any errors during the visa application process.

CBPからの返信を待っても大使館領事館でのビザ申請を指導されるのが９８％くらいでしょうか。

幼い子供の場合には例外もありますが。
